We are growing our US-based sales team in the Lower Midwest 4-state territory (TX, OK, AR, LA), looking for an exceptional, outgoing individual who exudes fresh insight, modern strategies and wants to thrive in a fun, entrepreneurial culture. Responsibilities: The sales ambassador is an exceptional individual who values relationships, prioritizes engagement and has a positive, charismatic personality. They aggressively seek to increase sales volume and product distribution of keystone brand OTBT (Off The Beaten Track), artisanal brand Naked Feet, and new-to-the-US brand Back 70 Streetwear. The sales ambassador rep does so by selling to and managing independent shoe retailer accounts, bringing a fresh outlook with astounding initiative, creative and modern sales strategies, and excessive attention to detail. The sales ambassador will: • Manage and service retailer relationships, exceeding product sales and distribution goals. • Develop detailed selling plans to achieve sales goals, including generating new business. • Visit independent and large retailers in stores, plus represent CSC and brands at industry trade shows, retailer events and sales meetings. • Present the line utilizing trend presentation and explaining product features and benefits. • Plan and optimize road travel for maximum value and ROI. • Employ a modern, multi-channel sales strategy, capitalizing on sales opportunities across multiple platforms including virtual and social. • Exhibit merchandising experience to analyze, recommend and influence inventory levels with customers and provide style feedback and flow to present an optimal product mix. • Prospect, qualify and develop new business relationships by networking and cold calling. • Coordinate with home office to gain sales support and function as a team. • Uphold company policies and procedures and perform other duties as required. Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: • Ability to travel (50 – 70%) throughout the territory. Success requires travel. • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Industry sales experience preferred. • Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for women’s fashion. • Strong service leadership and customer service mentality. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical capability, and attention to detail. • Proactive self-starter that manages customer relationships and regular follow-up. • Adept at driving business forward solo, plus thriving in team environment. • Continuous improvement mindset with a strength in sales. • Proficient in use of computers and software (Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM, etc.) • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40+ lbs |
