JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic Showroom Helper for our upcoming market shows at the Dallas Market Center, including our upcoming January markets and extending throughout the year.

This part-time, on-demand role is perfect for those seeking flexible work opportunities while gaining industry experience. We are looking for individuals who are interested in forming a long-term relationship with our brand, with potential opportunities for full-time employment in sales or customer service roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Experience: Warmly greet visitors, scan badges, and provide attentive assistance throughout their showroom visit

- Visual Merchandising: Create and print showroom signage and product tags, maintaining professional presentation standards

- Sales Support: Handle basic customer inquiries and assist with order processing (full training provided)

- Showroom Management: Maintain showroom appearance, manage inventory displays, and ensure hospitality areas are well-stocked

- Event Support: Collaborate with our team during market shows to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous show and marketing experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A welcoming, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic showroom environment.
- Willingness to learn and engage in various tasks.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
